...Winter Storm Bringing Snow and Gusty Winds to Northeast and
North Central Colorado Tonight into Sunday Night...
.A Four Corners low will track across Colorado today bringing
snow, heavy at times, to the mountains and plains of north
central and northeast Colorado. Snow will continue to spread east
across eastern Colorado this morning. Parts of eastern Colorado
may see freezing drizzle through mid morning.
As the storm intensifies late this morning and afternoon,
northerly winds will increase to 25 to 40 mph with gusts to 50 mph
across the eastern plains. The gusty winds will produce blowing
snow which will reduce visibilities to near zero at times.
Snowfall is expected to decrease from west to east late this
afternoon and evening.

AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Heavy snow occurring. Plan on difficult travel
conditions. Additional snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches, with
localized amounts up to 9 inches.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast Colorado.
* WHEN...Until 5 PM MST this afternoon.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for significant reductions in
visibility at times.
