Details:
* WHAT...Dangerously cold temperatures as low as zero to 5 degrees
below zero and wind chill values as low as 10 to 15 degrees below
zero are possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Indiana, northeast and northern
Kentucky, and central, south central, and southwest Ohio.

* WHEN...From late Sunday night through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if exposed to these
temperatures. An extended period of freezing temperatures could
cause ruptured water pipes.

Information:
Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.

To prevent water pipes from freezing, wrap, drain, or allow them to
drip slowly.
